Scottish salmon cured in Hendricks with sweet pickled cucumber relish, lime, capers and griddled black rye-bread! Hand–dived scallops by Nick and Anita at Beesands Devon - with garlic butter, fresh parsley and breadcrumbs! This has an amazing story behind it which we will share with you very soon… Lyme Bay cider battered prime cod fillet with double cooked chips, Cornish sea salt, minted mushy peas and fresh gherkins and baby capers tartare! Skipper’s ocean grill with fillets of sea bass, bream, hand-dived scallop, chilli and fresh ginger prawns… Tempura battered courgette flowers, stuffed with goat’s cheese and served with honey and black pepper dressing!White port and summer strawberry trifle with roasted flaked almonds…and more!
